How long will it take to receive my order?

We dispatch order within in 6-8 working days. After an item has been shipped, the delivery time depends on the address to which the delivery has to be made.

Shipping is free.
Custom duty needs to be paid by the customer if it is applicable.

How can I track my order?

Your order status is updated via emails/SMS at every step. If you are having problems with your order, contact us immediately on the following numbers- +91 97245 38205. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, an email is sent to you containing the tracking number and the name of the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider and the order status would be provided to you.

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

You need to contact us by email for any changes in shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order. This will need to be intimated to us via the same email id associated with the order.
